This page is solely for customers to submit device malfunction information to obtain official DOOGEE after-sales technical support or repair services. To ensure a quick response and resolve your after-sales issues, please fill in the required information as follows. Items marked with a red "✳" in the upper left corner are mandatory. Other information can be filled in according to your needs. The more comprehensive your information, the faster we can resolve your problem. Below are instructions on how to find some important information sources.
1.Order ID: The order number generated when you purchased the product from the e-commerce platform.
2.Order Details: A screenshot showing the Order ID details.
3.Store Name: The name of the seller's store on the e-commerce platform where you purchased the product.
4.Product Model: The device's model name. You can find this in the device's system settings under "Settings - About phone," on the packaging label, in the instruction manual, or in your account's order history.
5.IMEI/SN: You can find it in the device's system settings - about phone/tablet, or on the label on the packaging box. The IMEI can also be accessed by dialing "*#06#" on the phone dial pad. It looks something like IMEI: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, SN: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
