Q:The application crashes/freezes.
A:1. If a downloaded third-party app crashes immediately upon launch, it indicates incompatibility with the app on your device. We will document this issue and optimize it in the future.
2. If a downloaded third-party app crashes only occasionally, it may be due to prolonged device startup time or insufficient RAM. Try closing unused background apps or restarting your device and see if the problem is resolved.
3. If only a few pre-installed apps are crashing, long-press the app icon, select "App Information" (circled "i"), then "Storage and Cache," and clear the cache. If all pre-installed apps are crashing, please restore your system to factory settings, or even connect to a computer to upgrade your system.
