Q：Keep restarting automatically
A：The device system may have crashed for some unknown reason. Please try the following:
1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to perform a software recovery.
2. If it is a tablet, you can restore it using the reset button. The reset button is usually located next to the power button or in the same position on the opposite side frame. Use a SIM card eject tool to press it.
3. If the above operations fail to restore the device, download the device firmware and flashing tool, and upgrade the firmware via a wired connection to a computer.
