Q:Automatic shutdown
A:1. Please ensure the device's battery is fully charged. The device will automatically shut down when the battery is low.
2. Please check if the power button has been accidentally pressed. Press and hold the power button for more than 10 seconds; the device will automatically shut down and restart.
3. If the ambient temperature is too low, the battery's chemical activity will deteriorate, potentially reducing battery life and causing the device to shut down automatically after rapid power depletion.
4. Overheating can also cause automatic shutdown. The device has overheat protection; if the motherboard temperature exceeds a threshold after a period of high-load operation, it will automatically shut down.
5. If the above causes are ruled out and the device still frequently shuts down automatically, try restoring factory settings (back up your data before doing so). If the problem persists, download the device firmware and flashing tool, and upgrade the firmware via a wired connection to a computer.
6. If the problem still exists, hardware repair is required.
