Q：How to transfer files from an old device to a new phone or tablet?
A：There are currently three ways to back up data on your old device:
1. Settings - Google - Backup (Apps/Photos and Videos/SMS and MMS/Call Logs/Device Settings/Google Account Data) - Back up immediately. This function requires a stable and efficient network connection.
2. File Explorer (log in to your Google account) - Transfer - Nearby Sharing. You can receive or send (videos/apps/pictures/downloads/audio/documents and other files). After entering, click Settings - Nearby Sharing - Details - Learn about the Nearby Sharing function; there are instructions there.
3. You can use a data cable to connect to your computer, then copy photos/music/videos to your computer, and then copy them to your new phone.
