Q:The S110 ships with 22GB of RAM, but the packaging label says 20GB, which is inconsistent with the advertised specifications.
A:Dear user, to better improve the user experience, we have optimized the corner label on the S110 packaging box. Currently, we are in a transition period between the old and new packaging for the S110. During this period, products sold will be shipped with either old or new packaging randomly. The old packaging box corner label indicates 20GB RAM, while the new packaging box corner label indicates 22GB RAM. Therefore, if the product you receive has a packaging box corner label indicating 20GB RAM, please use it with confidence. This is because the S110 was originally designed with a 20GB RAM configuration (including 12GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable memory), and the RAM size indicated on the packaging box corner label was also 20GB. This means the product you receive has 20GB of usable RAM.
Later, with the development of new memory expansion technology, this model was able to achieve a maximum expandable memory of 10GB through a background software upgrade, resulting in a total RAM configuration of 22GB. Therefore, the new packaging box corner label now indicates 22GB RAM. If your system is not the latest version, please connect your tablet to the internet and upgrade to the latest version before proceeding.
System upgrade path: Settings - About tablet - System upgrade - Check for updates. After checking for the latest version, confirm the upgrade. To set the extended memory path: Settings - Extended Memory - Turn on the Extended Memory switch - Select 10GB from the three options of 5GB/8GB/10GB, and then restart your tablet.
