Q:Unable to connect to car Bluetooth
A:1. Ensure the car's Bluetooth is in pairing mode and that the device and the car's infotainment system are within effective range (10 meters).
2. The method for enabling "discoverable mode" for car Bluetooth varies depending on the car brand. Most systems require accessing the Bluetooth interface in the car's settings, turning on the Bluetooth switch, enabling Bluetooth visibility, and then entering the device discovery interface. From your phone (tablet), go to Settings > Bluetooth > Search for devices to initiate a search. (For detailed instructions for different car systems, please refer to your car's manual or consult the car manufacturer's customer service.)
3. Generally, the discoverable time for car Bluetooth is set to 60-120 seconds. After this time, your phone (tablet) will no longer be able to find the car's Bluetooth. Please turn the car's "Bluetooth visibility" switch back on and search and connect again.
4. Some car Bluetooth systems do not allow connections to be initiated from the phone (tablet); connections can only be initiated by the car's Bluetooth system itself.
