Q:The computer stops booting up on the logo screen.
A:The device system may have crashed for some unknown reason. Please try the following:
1. For your phone, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to perform a software recovery. For a tablet, you can use the reset button (usually located next to the power button or in a small hole on the opposite side frame). Use a SIM card eject tool to press it.
2. Try pressing and holding the power button and volume up button simultaneously to enter recovery mode. Select "Wipe data/factory reset," then press the power button to clear data and follow the prompts to restart.
3. Download the system firmware and flashing tool, and upgrade the firmware via a wired connection to your computer. This usually solves the problem.
4. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, hardware repair is required.
