Q:The radio doesn't work when headphones are plugged in.
A:If a customer is using a Type-C headset and the FM function still doesn't work after plugging the headset into their phone (or tablet), the following reasons may apply:
1. If using a digital Type-C headset, the standard and universal ones use USB digital audio signals, which do not support FM and cannot receive FM frequencies. Solutions:
1. Use an analog Type-C headset. These support FM, but the sound quality is not as good as 3.5mm headphones.
2. If you cannot purchase an analog Type-C headset, you can buy a headphone adapter and then use a 3.5mm round-jack headphone (analog signal). However, be aware that not all adapters are compatible.
