Q:Fast power consumption
A:1. Please verify the battery consumption over a long period of time, and the usage environment and scenarios that cause rapid battery drain. For example, is the phone used for extended periods in extremely low temperatures? Is it used on unstable mobile networks or Wi-Fi with prolonged connections? Is navigation and location services enabled? Is the phone playing videos or running demanding games for extended periods? Are there numerous background processes running on the device (refreshing, location services, etc.)? These situations will all rapidly deplete the battery.
2. When the phone's battery is rapidly decreasing, you can check the power consumption rankings to see which apps are consuming the most power: Go to "Settings - Battery - Battery Usage." For power-consuming apps, you can take targeted control measures, such as adding them to the lock screen cleanup list, disabling background protection, and disabling associated startup, background behavior control, and scheduled wake-up.
3. If there are some infrequently used apps in the power consumption rankings that consistently consume a lot of power, these apps may be malfunctioning. It is recommended to uninstall them and replace them with other similar apps to avoid excessive power consumption due to issues with a single app.
4. Turn on the "Show remaining battery percentage" switch to monitor battery levels.
5. If prompted for a new firmware version, please update to the latest version. Each update optimizes and improves system performance.
