Q:Unable to connect to Bluetooth devices
A:1. Please check if the device you want to pair has Bluetooth pairing mode enabled, and keep the two devices within 10 meters of each other with no obstructions in between.
2. Turn Bluetooth off and then back on your device, and search for and pair again within the Bluetooth pairing time limit of the other device. (Some devices have a time limit for Bluetooth pairing mode; it will close after the timeout and you need to turn it back on.)
3. If there is a previous connection record for this device in the Bluetooth pairing history, but pairing failed this time, please delete the connection record and then search for and pair the device again.
4. If pairing still fails, please go to "System - Reset Options - Reset WLAN/Mobile Data Network and Bluetooth Settings" to reset the Bluetooth function and then pair again. (Sometimes it may be necessary to restart both devices.)
5. If your device's Bluetooth is currently connected to another device, please disconnect the current connection and then connect to the device you want to connect to. 6. If your device cannot connect to any Bluetooth device, please back up your device data and restore factory settings. If the problem persists, the Bluetooth module may be faulty and requires after-sales service.
