Q:Application installation failed
A:1. We recommend downloading the official version from the app store. If you need to install an app downloaded from a non-official source, you need to set the trusted sources for the program. Please enable the "Allow apps from this source" switch in the "Install unknown apps" section of the software installation wizard's information interface.
2. Please check if you have enough memory. You can use system settings to clean up your system and free up memory.
3. If your network connection is unstable, the installation package is corrupted, or the download is incomplete, please delete the installation package and try downloading it again.
4. Long press Google Play Store - App Information - Storage and Cache - Clear Cache - Clear Storage
5. Downloaded third-party apps may be incompatible with your device and therefore cannot be installed successfully. Please try downloading other similar apps.
