Q:The equipment is not turned on.
A:1. Please check if your device has power. If the screen shows no display or indicates low battery after pressing the power button, please plug in the standard charger and charge for at least 30 minutes before turning it on. (This is common on newly purchased devices or devices that have been unused for a long time.)
2. If the device still cannot be turned on despite having sufficient power, try pressing and holding the power button and volume up button simultaneously to enter recovery mode. Select "Wipe data/factory reset," then press the power button to clear data and follow the prompts to restart.
3. If the above steps are ineffective, try connecting the device to a computer via wired connection for a firmware upgrade. If the device still cannot be turned on, hardware repair is required.
