A：1. Check for dirt, water stains, or other obstructions on the screen. Please clean it and try again. If there is a screen protector, please remove it and try again.
2. Does the device work normally after a long press and restart?
3. Try connecting a Bluetooth mouse or using an OTG connection with a wired mouse to check if the software version is up-to-date. If not, please update the software.
4. After backing up your important data, go to Settings - System - Reset to restore the device to factory settings.
5. Some touchscreen malfunctions caused by incorrect parameters can be resolved. If the problem persists after restoring factory settings, after-sales service is required.
