A：1. When you turn on a new device for the first time, the first step of the startup wizard is to select the language (if you have used a device before and changed the language, you can restore the factory settings and follow the same steps as setting up a new device).
2. Go to Settings - System - Language and Input - Language - Add a language - select the language you want to add, and then press and hold the name of the language you want to add in the list of added languages and drag it to the first line to complete the system language switch (this setting cannot change the language inside third-party apps that you have installed yourself; it only takes effect if you set the language in the startup wizard).
