Q:ESIM Store email registration failed.
A:1. When the customer has not enabled the eSIM function, the EID is null. Clicking the [ ] button to send an email verification code results in an error message indicating that the device information cannot be recognized, causing email registration to fail. Solution: Please have the customer enable the eSIM function [settings] [eSIM management] [support for eSIM], and confirm that the eSIMtoolkit can recognize the EID, as shown in the image. If the EID is null after enabling the eSIM function, please refer to "EID Recognized as Empty" for a solution.
