A:1. Please check if the device's signal strength is normal when the problem occurs.
2. Consult your colleagues and friends to see if they have the same problem. If so, it's very likely due to poor local network coverage. Please contact your local network operator for assistance.
3. Try turning off the 4G switch on your device, as 4G networks are unstable in some areas and prone to communication interruptions.
4. Is the SIM card provided by your operator a standard Nano SIM card? If it's a manually cut card, it may cause poor contact in the card slot, resulting in various communication problems such as no network or weak signal. We strongly recommend replacing it with a standard Nano SIM card.
5. It could be a software malfunction. Please upgrade your device to the latest version. If it's already the latest version, we recommend backing up your data and then restoring factory settings to see if the problem is resolved.
