Q:How do I purchase an eSIM and eSIM data?
A:Step 1: Launch ESIM STORE APP (1) Confirm that the data network or WiFi connection is good (2) Confirm that the "Support eSIM" switch is turned on in eSIM management (3) Launch ESIM STORE APP
Step 2: Purchase eSIM (1) Select an eSIM data plan that matches your needs Step 3: Complete payment (1) Click the PAY button to complete the payment (2) Enter the email address to receive the QR code and bill (only required for the first purchase)
Step 4: Download QR code and activate (1) Activate directly to download and activate the eSIM number (2) Open Settings > SIM & Data Management > Mobile Network > Turn on Mobile Data > Roaming > Advanced > Access Point Names (APN) > Set the correct APN site (you need to manually configure it if the system does not automatically obtain it) (3) Test Internet access Note:
● This eSIM should be installed by scanning the QR code within 60 days from the date of purchase. If it is not installed within 60 days, it will be automatically invalidated.
● If the eSIM has already been activated on your device, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
● An eSIM can only be installed once. Do not delete your eSIM after installation on your device (if you delete the initial eSIM, a new QR code will not be provided).
● If you delete the eSIM from your device, it cannot be recovered. You will need to purchase a new eSIM plan and install it.
● You can install a maximum of 3 eSIMs. To continue installation, you will need to delete some of the disabled eSIMs.
