Q:Over time, the system slows down and becomes unresponsive.
A:The following are possible reasons why a device may run slowly:
1. Too many programs running in the background, resulting in insufficient RAM capacity and not enough space to run new programs (Android devices that have been used for many days without being turned off will also consume too much RAM);
2. Excessive data occupies ROM memory, leaving insufficient space for smooth system operation;
3. Users have installed third-party theme software or other malicious software (which runs automatically and consumes space without the user's visibility), consuming a large amount of system resources and causing the system to run slowly;
4. When the battery is low, the system enters power-saving mode, which reduces brightness and operating efficiency, making it feel slower;
5. The external SD card has a low speed standard or is damaged, resulting in slow or unreadable file reading speeds, which can sometimes affect the overall system efficiency.
We suggest you perform the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if any third-party themes or other large software programs are installed on the device;
2. Power off the device, remove the SD card, and then power it back on (do not select the restart option), completely closing all background programs;
3. After restarting, check if the device has sufficient remaining ROM capacity (we recommend at least 1GB), and regularly use system settings to clean up system cache data and junk files;
4. If the device is still running slowly despite sufficient ROM capacity, please try restoring it to factory settings;
5. If the running efficiency does not improve after restoring factory settings, please return the device to after-sales service for repair.
