Q:Unable to connect to WIFI or no network after connection
A:1. Please check the Wi-Fi signal strength. A weak signal can prevent connection or internet access (e.g., there's a concrete floor or wall between the device and router).
2. Check if your device's system timezone and time settings match your current location's timezone and time (e.g., if you're in the UK and your local time is 15:00 on 2023/9/26, the system time should be London time 15:00 on 2023/9/26). Inconsistent times will prevent Wi-Fi connection; this is a security rule of Google's native system.
3. Restart your router, turn your phone's Wi-Fi on and off, and enter the correct Wi-Fi password to connect. (This step also checks if the router is functioning correctly and if other devices can connect and access the internet.)
4. If step 3 is ineffective, go to Settings - System - Reset Options - Reset Network, and check if your router has MAC filtering or other security rules blocking unknown devices.
5. If you cannot connect to the company network or cannot access the internet after connecting, please contact your network administrator to adjust network security settings.
6. If you still cannot connect to the network after checking the above factors, you need help capturing the logs of your mobile phone (tablet) (we provide instructions) and providing a video of the connection process including the mobile phone (tablet) and router. We can analyze your network problem through the logs and give you a final solution.
