Q:Why does it suddenly prompt that a standard charger is required for fast charging when using the original charger?
A:1. Poor contact in the charger or device's charging port may prevent the standard charger from being recognized. Please check if the connector and socket are clean. If there is dust or dirt, it is recommended to clean them with a brush dipped in alcohol. After the alcohol evaporates and the device dries, plug the charger back in to charge.
2. If a non-standard charger is being used, please replace it with the standard charger.
3. If the above measures do not resolve the issue, you will need to send the device, charger, and data cable to after-sales service for repair.
