Q:I bought two U10 units, but one has both speakers working while the other only has one. (This question is only applicable to the U series.)
A:Hello, thank you so much for your interest in our products and your continued support! Our U-series products have been on the market for over half a year now. Due to the complex and volatile market situation, the overall cost of our products has increased. To protect the interests of all Doug users, we have carefully listened to feedback from our customers. The U-series' product positioning and hardware configuration no longer require dual speakers; one speaker is sufficient. After careful consideration by all relevant departments within the company, it has been unanimously decided to change the U-series' original dual-speaker configuration to a single speaker (other configurations and overall appearance remain unchanged), and the sales price will remain the same. Therefore, the latest batches of U-series products are all equipped with a single speaker. Thank you again for choosing Doug products!
