Q：Screen always-on time settings
A：Our device system has a setting to control the screen timeout. Please follow these steps to set it:
1. Settings - Display - Screen Timeout, with options ranging from 15 seconds to 30 minutes, and "Never". Please select the setting according to your needs.
2. If you have third-party device management software installed that can control the screen timeout, please check if it is set.
