Q:Call dropped, interrupted
A:1. Possible local network issue: Please check if the problem only occurs in a specific area and whether others in the vicinity are experiencing the same issue. If so, the problem may lie with the network itself in that area. Check if your phone signal is weak; if the signal strength is only one bar or fluctuates significantly, please contact your local carrier for assistance and request a check of network configuration to improve signal strength and coverage.
2. Poor SIM card contact:
a. Please check if your SIM card is a standard nano card. If a standard nano card has been cut, it may cause poor contact in the card slot, resulting in various communication problems such as no network or weak signal. It is strongly recommended that you replace it with a standard nano card.
b. Please check if the metal surface of your SIM card is oxidized or discolored. Oxidized copper contacts may cause poor contact, leading to unstable signal. Please wipe the copper contact surface with alcohol or replace the SIM card with a new one.
3. Please check if your device is using a metal protective cover. The continuous frame of a metal cover may block the signal, resulting in poor signal or even disconnection from the network. Please try removing the protective cover and testing the effect.
