Q:Wireless charging cannot charge
A:We apologize for the inconvenience. Wireless charging requires your phone to support wireless charging. Furthermore, some Doogee devices with wireless charging functionality use the Qi protocol. Therefore, please first confirm that your wireless charger supports the Qi protocol, and then troubleshoot using the following steps:
1. Wireless charging power is limited; the device needs to be placed correctly for charging to work (the principle of wireless charging is that the conductive coil of the charging base generates an electronic magnetic field after being energized. The conductive coil on the receiving device senses the magnetic field over a short distance and converts it into electrical energy, thus charging the receiving device);
2. If possible, please activate the wireless charger with another phone that supports wireless charging and then quickly place the Doogee device on the wireless charger. This will improve the detection, as rugged devices use impact-resistant silicone material, which may affect the wireless charging detection.
