A：1. Notifications are turned off. Check if this option is enabled: Settings - Notifications - Lock screen notifications - Hide conversations and notifications that are set to silent.
2. "Do Not Disturb" mode may be accidentally enabled, potentially blocking incoming call notifications when the screen is off. Go to Settings > Do Not Disturb > Turn off, or confirm that "Incoming Call Notifications" are allowed.
