A：I'm very sorry to have troubled you. Please check the system feedback to see if the touch is on. The path is: Settings - About phone - tap the build number 7 times consecutively, then go back. Then go to System - Developer options - Input (Show tap feedback and pointer position) and turn both switches on. When touching, you can see if the center of the crosshair is positioned on the function button. This will tell you whether the touch is unresponsive or your finger is off-center.
