Q:Unable to receive verification SMS
A:1. Open the "Messages" app, tap the three dots in the upper right corner, select "Junk Content and Blocked Conversations," and check if any verification code SMS messages are identified as spam. You can add the number to your whitelist.
2. The delay in receiving SMS messages may be due to network issues (such as peak SMS periods during holidays, or problems with the sender's SMS server). Please wait patiently or resend.
3. The device's SMS memory may be full, preventing timely reception of new messages. You can delete some or all messages that no longer need to be retained.
4. Please check the SMS content or the sender's name for sensitive words such as pornography or politics, as these may be blocked by your carrier.
5. Turning off the device or being out of service area can also affect the timely reception of SMS messages. Generally, SMS messages are retained in the system for 48 hours. If you turn on the device or return to an area with network signal within these 48 hours, the system will automatically resend the SMS. If more than 48 hours have passed, the SMS will no longer be received. 6. Check if your device has third-party software installed to block spam SMS messages. You can check whether it is being blocked in the third-party application or the SMS interface.
