Q:Why is my phone (tablet) model running Android 13, while the model you're selling now runs Android 14? Can my phone (tablet) be upgraded to Android 14?
A:1. If you are currently using a device that is compatible with both A13 and A14 chipsets (DK10, R10, T30PRO, U10, U10KID, U9, U9KID), thank you for choosing Doug products. We consistently uphold innovation and pursue excellence, striving to create products and services that exceed user expectations. Since its official release in October 2023, Android 14 has been widely popular. After extensively soliciting user feedback and careful evaluation, our relevant departments have decided to revert all upcoming new models and some already released products to Android 14.0. Based on product compatibility, your device can be upgraded to Android 14.0 via local flashing. If needed, I can send you the download links for the upgrade package and tools. (If the software link table shows the corresponding A14 version in column B, the link can be sent to the user for upgrade. If A14 is not listed, it means that Android 14 has not yet been released. Upgrading across Android versions may require rewriting the Google key, so the key writing tool should be sent to the user.)
2. If the user is using a model that is incompatible between A13 and A14, or has no Android 14 upgrade plan: All models other than those in point 1.
Dear user, All our products are shipped with the best Android system version for the device, ensuring the optimal configuration for user experience. We do not recommend updating to pursue a higher Android version. Upgrading from Android 13 to Android 14 requires not only adjustments to the device's hardware configuration but also a corresponding version development plan from the R&D department and debugging the adapted software to the best state. Currently, we have not received any notification regarding an update plan for this model to be directly upgraded to Android 14. Thank you very much for choosing Doug products!
