A：Dear user, the T10PLUS comes with a factory-configured RAM of 15GB (including 8GB of RAM and 7GB of expandable memory). The RAM size is also indicated on the corner of the packaging box as 15GB. Therefore, the product you receive has 15GB of usable RAM. With advancements in memory expansion technology, the maximum expandable memory capacity for this model can now be upgraded to 12GB. All versions of the device have implemented this feature through background software updates. Therefore, users can now set the expandable memory to 12GB in the system settings to achieve a total RAM configuration of 20GB, provided their system is the latest version. If your system is not the latest, please connect your tablet to the internet and update to the latest version before proceeding.
To check your system version: Settings - About tablet - Build number. Verify that the build number is DOOGEE-T10Plus-EEA-Android13.0-20231107 or higher. (This feature is also available in non-EU and Russian versions of the software released after December 2023.)
To set the extended memory path: Settings - Extended Memory - Turn on the Extended Memory switch - Select 12GB from the three options of 4GB/8GB/12GB, and then restart your tablet.
