Q:Speaker noise/no sound
A:1. Noise issues: Ensure the speaker grille is not blocked or obstructed (if using an under-display sound device, the earpiece grille does not need to be checked). Please check if the protective case/shell or screen protector is obstructing the grille.
2. If the grille is clogged with dirt, try cleaning it with a soft brush dipped in alcohol. If this doesn't work, try restoring the system to factory settings. If the problem persists, after-sales service is required.
3. No sound issues: Please ensure the device is not in mute or do-not-disturb mode. Turn the volume up to maximum using the volume buttons and record a short video with audio for testing. This will help determine if the speaker is faulty. If the speaker has no sound, it needs to be repaired.
