Q:Phone/tablet not charging
A:1. Please check if the charging port and charger socket on the device are damaged.
2. Please use the standard charger to charge for at least 30 minutes and check if the device displays a charging indicator.
3. If it still cannot charge, please use a charger and data cable of the same specifications to cross-check whether the problem is with the charger or the device itself.
4. If all the above factors are ruled out, the problem may be with the motherboard and requires repair.
